Keep It Up / Proven split ep

This was one of Keep It Up's eps. They only had half a side. Keep It up were a straight edge band from the St. Catharines area. Proven were Vicious Cycle before they became Vicious Cycle. The songs by Keep It Up are

The label that put out this release was Good News Records. I don't think the label

is around anymore. The Keep It Up songs are on their CD.
