Double Negative are from Raleigh, North Carolina and played at the "Hidden World" fest in Toronto. We were able to get them to record a session at CIUT where they talked to us about the amazing house show scene in Raleigh. I soon clued in that the infamous cartoonist Brian Walsby played drums and that each of these musicians had a deep past in the punk scene in Raleigh. It was pretty inspirational talking to these folks. The interview appeared in the August 2008 edition of MRR, issue #303 and is still available at http://maximumrocknroll.com/back-issues/.
