We started off the show with an interview and in studio recording with a new grind band from Toronto called Hangin' Tuff that also loves hockey. Think Yacopsae meets Hanson Brothers. This session was recorded a few weeks ago.

Through the week I heard a number of songs about being banned so I out together a "Banned" set inspired by the Sham song and the Peter and the test Tube anthem.
