On this episode, lots of new releases with a minor focus on JJ in the band names. Stephen speaks with Dave Stevenson and Marc Couvalin about an upcoming photo and flyer exhibition at Innis College. Andre does a label feature on one of the most interesting bands in the beatdown scene - Daze Records. Stephen speaks with JONAS - a little know grind band from Victoria about a post humous release that has just come out. And the demo feature is Zeal from Ottawa.

Band interview - Jonas
Up next is an interview with a band named Jonas from Victoria. They played political grindcore with this unique ability to bring together many influences at the time which included crust and metal and emo. I got to speak with Hadji, Darren, Jason, and Shaun about Jonas but first a song.

Demo Feature 
This week’s demo feature is a band from Ottawa called Zeal. Runstate Tapes released their demo recorded in 2022, May 16th of this year. Four tracks of absolutely rip your face off raw punk.
