On tonight’s Equalizing-X-Distort, we feature some punk music from Sweden that you may not have heard. Torbjörn Rolandsson - from Leper, UX Vileheads - does a scene report feature looking at obscure old Swedish punk, Umea hardcore, and reflecting some Montreal punk back to us. That’s in the second hour of the show. The first hour features a ton of new releases that Chris showcases. Andre does a feature on blacked punk. Scene Report - Torbjörn Rolandsson
Torbjorn contacted me around the time that "The Eye" ep had come out. At the time he told me of his plans to coming to McGill to work at the university for a short period of time. We soon hatched a plan to do a radio feature as our scene report guest. We came up with the idea on a set about Sweden, a more focused set on Umea and then a set on Montreal given it was going to be his adopted home. Here is that report.....
