The mid- to fast-tempo material here far surpasses their earlier cuts on the Innerspace compilation. With its skads of guitar power, strong tunes, tasteful lead parts, and intelligent lyrics, I can't think of any reason not to scarf this fucker up." (from Maximum Rocknroll #20, December 1984). The songs on the ep are:
1. Other Ways
2. Solitary Confinement
3. Racism
4. Pain and Hunger
