Absolut has been around for a few years as an idea and a different line up that grew out of Saigon Distress Signal. The band has come together more recently in a more permanent line up. Chris on vocals and Vassil on drums were original members. They convinced Joel from Rammer to play guitar and Rich from Action to play bass. They all have been in punk bands, but this group veers in a sound that borrows from some influences which include Anti-Cimex from Sweden, Death Side from Japan, and Disorder from the UK.
