Sudden Impact "Split Personality" LP

"Split Personality" was the second LP by Newmarket's Sudden Impact. The album represented a move more towards their metal side of the crossover sound. Johnny Bordenko replaced Mitch as the singer for the band and recorded on this record. And the metal label for Fringe called Diabolical Force released this record as well. More recently a label in Brazil called Marquee Records re-issued this as a CD. The songs on here are:

1. End Result
2. Crossed Wire
3. Snap Under Pressure
4. Split Personality
5. Skin Of My Teeth
6. Trapped
7. Same In The End
8. L.O.S.
9. Tight Rope

Flyer - Sunday April 3, 1988

This was a show in Ottawa. One Step Beyond was the club which took it's name from the Madness song. I think Jeff Cohen used to do the booking at that club. the campus community radio station co-sponsored the show.

Nomind "Tales of Ordinary Madness" LP

This was Nomind's only official vinyl release. It was made up of a collection of recordings done at Reaction Studios between August 1986 and May 1987. Originally it was to be released on Fringe Records, but the label didn't like the artwork, which seems insane to me. Anyhow Lone Wolf Records to the rescue. Thanks Jill. The songs on here are:
1. Slick (Makes Me Sick)
2. No Mind (To Lose)
3. Checking the Obituaries
4. Well Adjusted
5. Brainrack
6. Strontium Dog
7. Someone Else's life
8. Talking with Mr. D
9. Worlds Apart
10. Move Over
11. Cause Insanity
